One of my team members (Debarrio) has not obtained the badgelet, and yet he is credited with three upgrades. How can this incongruity be explained? We expect his retreat at that time. Thank you to all agents who have assisted us in the fight. We hope to be able to count on you again next year when we expect a renewed effort on the Twin's side (this guy is so predictable). Mwahahahaha... Yeah, call it a retreat. You may have spoiled my detailed, ingenious world domination plans. But I got something I wanted... and I can't wait to bring it to full use when the time is right.
