I know I am extremely slow, but even I could not possibly have taken 28,595 seconds to complete the quiz "Who Am I".

It is still showing that figure today.

Can somebody please explain this because it is totally impossible for anyone to have taken nearly eight hours to complete a quiz, especially as I had played other quizzes and games during the day, as well as posting on various other forums and blogs all day.

It makes me look like I have spend all day doing nothing but playing just one quiz.

You accidentally started the game 8 hours earlier without actually playing (and probably without noticing). You might have misclicked - or you might have gotten that through a browser misconfiguration (the browser tried to prefetch the link for faster load times).

The time runs from that first click (your questions are locked in at that time - if your browser crashes during a game and you need to reload it, you get the same questions)

It happens even to the best of us. Especially to the best, actually.

It is nice to know that it can happen to the best, but as that is not one of our Team League games for this month it is usually the last, or one of the last quizzes I even look at, let alone play, late in the evening, and I do not usually even come onto Fun Trivia until noon at the earliest.

I cannot even blame my dog for clicking on it as she is too small to reach the table!

I guess I will just have to put it down to one of those things. Just like 2020 has been one of those years!

Let us all hope for a successful and speedy end to the disasters that have been dumped on us in this annus horribilis.
