There is a construction worker in the Chicago area who has actually had breast implants. He also has appeared on Jerry Springer. I don't know his name but he would fit the bill.

That is correct. The station is in Houston, and the jackpot is up to 82 i think. They add a CD every day. You only have to answer 5 questions to get the CDs and it has been going on for over 80 days.
