Have only recently come across this trivia forum so please accept my apologies if this bit of fun has already been posted and answered.
What is the connection between an ordinary pack (set) of Dominoes (zero to 6 ) and "Time".
I can tell you that the fact that there are seven different numbers (including zero) and seven days in a week is not the answer I am looking for. ??????

Hi Bannockburn - not quite the name one might expect from a Shropshire Lad! Welcome to FunTrivia anyway.

Now I am getting the impression that you have the answer to this question and are testing us - is this correct? If it is the case then a better place to post the question would be Challenges - they love this sort of thing in there!!

This forum is for question to which you need an answer, perhaps to complete a quiz or even just idle curiosity.

If I have jumped to the wrong conclusion here then accept my humblest apologies

Look forward to see you around the forums, we Brits have to spread ourselves about

Sue943,

No doubt you are correct in all respects, my question being a fact I came across by chance.

I've had a quick browse around "funtrivia" ( as a newcomer) and the only reference I can find to "challenges" is an area/forum where "funtrivia" set the questions and challenge visitors to find the answers.

No doubt I have got it all wrong and could you please lead me in the right direction.

When I first visited this forum I recollect having seen members post "posers" and assumed this the correct place to do it.

Any advice would be most sincerely appreciated. It is not my intention to "upset" those who are more experienced in "funtrivia" than I

Sue943,

PS Forgot to mention, not all Scotsmen live in Scotland. Indeed only a few months ago "reunited" with an old scouting friend after 40 years who now lives in Jersey. Bobby Hazeldine -- perhaps you know him???

Hey, BannockBurn - Challenges is the forum two down from this one on the forums menu page. Sue's right - it's a small difference; if you know the answer and are challenging us, it should go in 'Challenges'. If you are searching and asking for the answer, then here is the right place. (Red tape department, don't y' know?)

Hi Bannockburn - I see that Bobby Hazeldine lives in the same parish as I do although I don't know him. The only Hazeldine I can think of is that rather dishy guy who used to be in Londons Burning!!

I see that GS has explained about Challenges to you - you can get them going over there, if some smarty pants hasn't come up with the answer within a very short time it will drive thme nuts

As if I didn't know that all the Scots aren't north of the border, half of them are in Jersey

Must pop over to Challenges to see if you have them foxed ....... see you around.

Many thanks Gunslinger and Sue943.

Have now found the "Challenges Forum" to which you refer and will post the problem there A.S.A.P.

Am a bit behind schedule having become a grand-parent for the first time to-day. Alcohol does not assist my one fingered typing skills???

Thanks Again

Bannockburn
