If covid wrecks the fixtures and we don't get six of those 20 games played, we may have no choice but to scrap R15.

The problems just keep on coming ... FT-PL < 16 > Sun 26 Dec: six games were played today. These will be removed from R16 and added to the four played in R15, to make a round of 10 games for R15. There is one game left in the old R16: Newcastle United v Manchester United (to be payed tomorrow). It will become the first game in a new/revised FT-PL R16. The remaining nine games will be the first nine that are played on Tue 28 Dec and Sat 1 Jan (FAPL R20 and R21). With a bit of luck, we may end up with ten games for FT-PL R16. There won't be a separate thread for FT-PL R16 tips, we'll just use our tips for FAPL R20 and R21. ozzz2002 thumps gtho4 8-6 and replaces paper_aero, who was beaten by the tail-ender toocool4u (paper_aero is now win-less in three and toocool4u is undefeated in four). Howie72, the other tail-ender, also won .. and is also undefeated in four.
Sypher lost again (he's now win-less in four) and drops off the podium, replaced by N-Bomb, who stretches his undefeated run to nine games.
There were no draws this week .. aka we had eight winners and eight losers.
New high: N-Bomb, dg_dave
New low : LeoDaVinci, George95
Dizart has now won six straight .. before this streak he'd won just once since the start of the season (nine games) .. srini701 lost, ending his undefeated run at seven. Llynfi is winless in eight and LeoDaVinci is win-less in six.
That completes the 1st half of the season. At the half-way mark last year srini701 was leading, and went on to win .. paper_aero was 2nd but faded in the 2nd half to finish 5th .. N-Bomb was running 3rd and finished 2nd for the silver medal. The bronze medal was won by Dizart, who was running 9th at the half-way mark. Will ozzz2002 emulate srini701 and go on to win the FT-PL comp?
Now for the first round in the second half of the season: FT-PL Round 16 Sun 26 Dec. Three of these games have been postponed because of covid; and six of the remaining seven were added-in here, into R15, to make a set of ten. The 7th game, Newcastle v Manch United, will be played tomorrow. That's game one for R16.
The other nine games for R16 will come from our tips in the next two FAPL rounds, played on Tue 28th Dec and Sat 1st Jan (being the first nine that are played). Some of the games in those two rounds have already been postponed (being fixtures where one of the clubs cannot field a team, aka doesn't have 11 non-covid players).

sequence for the ten games that now comprise the revised R16 is in the order that they were
played. The first game was played on Mon 27 Dec, the next four were on Tue 28 Dec, the next
two on Wed 29 Dec, then one on Thu 30-Dec .. and the final two were first two games played
on NY Day 2022. Dizart , George95 and srini701 did not lodge picks for these last two games.
They each scored a gimme for the final game, as the rest of us all picked Spurs to win away.

The top half of the table saw the first eight all retain their spot from last week. It was musical chairs in the bottom half, where only one player retained their spot from last week.
