Can you try a different device to play on please? The message happens when your play would result in an impossible question score, usually greater than 100. This happens when your system timers are somehow off - the game looks at those to determine how long you took to answer a question and sees a negative time: your answer comes in with a timestamp earlier than the question.
This is normally an extremely rare incident but if your system routinely corrects its timer between question and answer, it is possible. However, it's very unusual that it should happen so often - it would indicate that your system time is fluctuating wildly and getting corrected (by significant amounts - seconds, not milliseconds) very often.
As this kind of scoring is done client side, we don't actually see what happens. All we get is a score record that includes these negative times.
You may have some success if you turn off automatic time setting on your machine while playing. That should stop it from making changes while you play. If that results in your system time quickly being very inaccurate, that points to an underlying hardware or system driver problem - the system constantly changing between a wrong internal and the correct network time, possibly from a faulty chip or battery on the motherboard.
