I don't see the 15 categories as necessarily being in competition with the rainbow. One recognises quality (as indicated by players' ratings) while the other is quantity. In VG, I've managed only five quizzes, one is which is holding up my list and another is only two places above it. I don't stress about this - I don't think they're bad quizzes but they aren't popular with players and that isn't the end of the world.

Having tiers on the 15 categories based on stars gets my vote.
