I'm having trouble accessing Funtrivia using my home based Internet Service Provider. I don't have trouble accessing any other websites, only Funtrivia. I can access Funtrivia at work, but only at home if I connect my computer to my mobile phone internet.

Try clearing your cache and, as well, search for your %temp% file folder and delete everything in there. Good luck!

Can you explain what you mean by trouble? Do you get an error message? The more detail the better please.

The page says:

Hmmm... can't reach this page

www.funtrivia.co took too long to respond

Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running windows network diagnostics

ERR. CONNECTION TIMED OUT

Hm interesting. Perhaps an issue with your ISP or a problem with a trans-atlantic connection? I notice in our feedback section someone else from Australia reporting an issue... problems connecting from optusnet.com.au

We're with Optus, and my son was telling me there was problems with them. But I don't understand why I don't have any problems getting connected to any other website, just funtrivia.

Jane - your pasted error message above shows funtrivia.co instead of funtrivia.com. Did you possibly lose an "m" off your bookmark?

Forgot to put the "m" on.

I'm up and running again. Optus seems to have sorted itself out.
