Help..I purchased a pair of roller blades, but am looking for help in learning to roller blade...any help out there. I have the wrist, elbow and knee pads....a must for a beginner.

From what I've heard you need a suit of body armor for roller blading. In-line skaters are prone to ankle injury as well as a variety of road rash injuries.
I know that plain, old roller skates with a wheel in each corner is 'uncool' but a whole lot more enjoyable when you consider the cost of orthopedic surgery.
