Who I will probably be betting for and why...

010 Rain Gauge
(Adam Spencer on Triple J said so)

016 Pentastic
(I just like the sound of it )

023 Miss Meliss
(One of my sisters and friends are named Melissa)

019 Cyclades
(My Dad told me to)

006 Hatha Anna
(I don't know, strange feeling...)

021 Grey Song
(One of my dearest friends is named Graham and I call him Grey).

Ok, and there are the thoughts and feelings of someone who obviously has a strong racing background . My theory in the past has been to bet for 10 of the horses, and increase my chances of getting it right. Unfortunately, it doesn't always cover the costs of the initial bets....

Hehe, I know what you mean, Tanzen when you make your picks. I always like to check out the colours myself (Gtho has just smacked his head in frustration, you realize )

So what is the weather going to be like tomorrow, Tanzen? I hear it makes a difference tothe horses but really I just need to know should I wear a nice snazzy summer outfit ( the strapless number with the plunging back) ... or will it be raincoats and galoushes?? Oh, and a hat! Sheesh, what a dilemma for the fashionable lady ... or even me for that matter.

nope, I'd never do that
I've watched the missus do it too often, and there's no point arguing

PS - Copago, not too sure about the weather. How much can a number help you anyway (This is Melbourne!! ).

It's supposed to be 29 and raining today - how do you dress for that? On my way into work it was freezing, boiling and raining slightly. This was all within 30 minutes. As far as what the weather will be like tomorrow, your guess is as good as mine!!
