Probably the most hated woman in Britain has died after serving 36 years in prison. For her the sentence 'life' really meant life and for that I for one, am grateful. This woman was evil incarnate, she tortured, sexually abused and murdered children, then showed no remorse.

The body of one of the murdered children has never been found. Her co-murderer, Ian Brady, is on hunger strike and has been for the past three years, he is fed by tube to keep him alive despite his pleas to let him die.

I can feel no pity for either one of them, just relief for the families of the murdered children that one of them is now dead having received no mercy, in my opinion she deserved none.

I think I speak for most people when I say 'Hooray!' Let's hope Brady is next.

How ironic of Ms. Hindley to give up the mortal coil on BBC Children in Need day ?

Brady was mentally disturbed from day 1........ Hindley wasn't!

Please visit the above site, take a look around.

Myra.... hope it's hot down there!

I too suffer no remorse at the demise of this infamous woman. She would never have been freed anyway. But I do feel for the family of the murdered child whose body was never found. They have never been given a chance to hold a funeral and grieve for their lost one-and now they never will. So this monster is still causing pain after her death!

I read the headline to this post and thought good. Copago beat me to it, but it still stands. Maybe I'll add a word - "Good Riddance".
