I'd say football (Canadian/American football --- NOT SOCCER)

A long pass in the game we call football in Canada/U.S. is referred to as a "long bomb".

that particular bit of slang is usually in regards to the hail mary or long bomb is a long pass in american gridiron football

however, it has been used in basketball as well

but anyhoo...I'd go with the football one.

In Rugby league you can kick a bomb, but that may not fit the question if it actually has to be thrown.

Whilst agreeing the more likely answer to your question is American Football, in the ancient English game of Long Alley Skittles (9-Pins) the normal throw bounces once before hitting the pins, a ball or "cheese" hitting full on without a bounce is said to bomb the pins.

Looking quickly down the index, I thought it said, "What sports do you bomb in?", to which my answer would have been, "All of them!".
