Ohios most hated state is WV, except for Michigan in November, they have nothing to do there except look at the pretty scenery, you can find moonshine just about anywhere, they can't drive and if you can find a "Mountaineer" with an IQ higher than there pig I'll give you a grand.......Oh yeah if you are ever in the cities of Wheeling or Parkersburgh forget everything you know about traffic laws. Whole new system down there.
