It's a Zucker, Abrahams, Zucker special; you can purchase it through Blockbuster Video as I did. Among other classic moments are the dream scene (Val Kilmer is being beaten by the Germans, falls unconscious, has the old "unprepared for school" nightmare, and gratefully reawakens to find himself still being beaten by the Krauts); several almost indescribable sight and sound/ backwards and forwards gags in a Swedish bookstore; a German waiter who in faux-German (actually Yiddish) greets his customers with "Gey kocken offen yam" (a suggestion that they perform an excretory function on the ocean), and more gags on French words, phrases and names than the human mind can comprehend.
(Asked how he came to be named "Nick", the Kilmer character muses and says, "my father thought of it while he was shaving.")
