Well, perhaps not that happy. This year, Chinese New Year falls on February 1st.

While it marks the beginning of an expected 20 years of good luck for China, the rest of us may need to be reminded that it will be the year of the goat. It is said that years of the goat are years of diplomacy and upheavals.

Let's just remind ourselves that the peace treaty ending World War I was settled in a goat year... and completely ignore that two wars in the Middle East broke out in goat years as well.
