Basically, Dr. Harris (with the husband's teenaged daughter in the car with her) ran over her husband 3 times with a car. But, it was "an accident."

They are now in the punishment phase of the trial. Some say that she will get a lesser punishment, as this was a "crime of passion" while others say it was "cold blooded murder no matter what."
