I was wondering: does anyone know if a quiz can disappear without its creator "toasting" it? This hasn't happened to me, but I was wondering, if a quiz slips to the bottom of a list and hasn't been played for a long time, will it get deleted?

Nope- a quiz won't be toasted simply because it's unpopular! After all, some pretty ho-hum quizzes are popular ("Guess What??? Another "Friends" Quiz!!!") while some pretty cool quizzes get ignored.

A quiz may disappear if it gets a correction notice, goes uncorrected, and gets pulled offline. It then goes into an area called "The Abyss," which editors periodically clear. Usually, for example, in my categories, if a quiz goes uncorrected for 3 months, it gets toasted. It does happen occadsionally that someone disappears from Quizzyland for awhile, returns, and finds that a quiz has disappeared for this reason.

So that's why some quizzes I see one day, and the next day, it goes.
