I couldn't help noticing the similarity between the end part of your screename and the website you named. Bearing in mind the nature of your post and the subject matter of the site named it seemed rather like advertising that website.

If you genuinely wish to build a website then you are unlikely to find anyone who will write it for free. I write and maintain a fairly large website as part of my work, in excess of 600 pages at present, I also write pages for a LAN with something like 2,000 pages. Lots of links, it isn't difficult so you could probably do it yourself.
