Having an ongoing dispute with one of the largest classical music subscription sites, in that since I got BT ADSL Broadband, I have been unable to connect (or at least I think it was then). At first they said it was our end at fault, but Visualroute and Tracert show the signal reaching USA. BT confirms this. This site is http://www.classicalarchives.com. I am in touch with one other user in UK who has broadband and a subscription and he cannot connect either, but that is not a lot of backup! It has been 3 weeks now and I wonder if any of my forum friends could let me know whether they are able to access this site at all. Many thanks.

I am on dial-up so don't know if that makes any difference.

Could it perhaps be your firewall or cookies settings that need adjusting? You could always try adding the site's IP address to the firewall or try adding the url to the trusted zone in the browser.

What a mystery this is. Could it be that only those with BT Voyager ADSL Modem Broadband are those who cannot connect. I am in touch with one such other person so far.
