I don't see what this big deal is all about with the Harry Potter books. All of the Christian parents think he is going to make their kids either Satanists or witches if they read it. Am I the only that noticed that it is just a story!? It's not real!! You can't really fly on broomsticks or anything like that. J.K. Rowling made the books for people to enjoy them, not for the parents to be scared of their children reading them.

The other day I asked how many Harry Potter threads we actually need. Tielhard responded that he felt the answer to my question would end up being in double digits.

And that's just on the first page of threads in the Book forum. I have a feeling that if I searched further back I'd find even more...
