It strikes me that in the world in which we live there are quite a lot of things about which people disagree, in many cases very strongly. You know, things like wars, territorial occupations, medical procedures etc. For want of a better term, you might call them, say, controversial issues.

I wondered if anyone had any thoughts on them.

And why not Bloomsby? If the posters want to follow up some "Controversial" issue from the World Around Us - why not here or any of the other Forums?

Fosse, the reason is simple. If a particular Forum is temporarily closed because its guidelines have been ignored or flouted for some time, then hi-jacking another Forum in order to revive it is unacceptable.

Perhaps a better idea would be to just bring up the particular concept in the most appropriate category until it is re-opened? Just my two cents (which does not add up to a lot of money these days )

CI are off limits at the moment, in any forum.
