See this guy?

Where is he and what is he doing? Is he at a party, wearing a party hat and tapping his toes to the beat of the music??? Is he a dunce, wearing a dunce hat, and tapping his foot patiently waiting to get out of the corner?? Maybe you have different story to tell about that little guy. I can't figure him out.

I don't know what's he doing but he better run off and hide because if my Chicken sees him she'll eat him.
