The Lindy Baby trial. It's referred to, officially, as "The Trial of the Century" in history. From what I can tell from the things I've read, the man who was accused was actually framed.

Either that one or the trial of Jesus. That's a touchy one, though, because it just wasn't fair. I wish I were there to be the one to stand up and say that it was wrong. I hope I would have the courage to do that when faced with the consequences that it would entail. I know I'm not ready to test that now, so I'm not sure how I would do back then.
