Q2 was answered in this forum recently and I seem to remember that it was that Scotch must be made in Scotland, rather than the difference in the spelling.

Number 3: redwood, pine, spruce are common softwoods used in construction applications.

#11 I looked for this one and got confused. There seems to be a single called "She's on Fire", before this one, but the search I did came up with : "Train" discography

I'm not positive on this but I believe there first chart topper was "Drops of Jupiter"

Train definately sang "Drops of Jupiter" and one of the lyrics was "The Best Soy Latte That You've Ever Had In Me". I think that is it!
