I have just received an email from the States asking about ectoplasm which has arrived in someone's house. I am on a couple of UK sites mainly down as an alien abduction researcher, and was an author on a paranormal website (since gone), but otherwise little presence as a psychic researcher. I asked her how she'd found me, being in England, and she said she'd done a search on 'ectoplasm research' and I was on one of the lists!
Talk about obscure! - I've tried a couple of searches and didn't see anything familiar, though there were hundreds of hits raised, but following the recent thread on search engine priority, I hadn't even registered anything about this (though it is exactly one of the things I do) and she was still able to find me. Talk about a needle in a haystack. I will update if I find the route to it.
Any other stories of unlikely contacts via a search?
