That was beautiful! I'm Heather and my sister Holly so my parents really chose some doozies! Her nickname was Hollyhock or HollyBerry. If she's reading this now, she'll virtually send something through the air!

The florists of France have declared that this Friday October 5th is Sainte Fleur therefore "buy flowers!"

Remember the Greek myth of Persephone, the daughter of Ceres, the goddess of the earth? (from her name, we get "cereal") She was abducted by Hades, lord of the underworld. When it came time for her to be returned to the surface, she had foolishly eaten six pomegranate seeds there, so she would stay with Hades six months out of the year, thus explaining the seasons. Pomegranate means "grainy apple" and it gave the name to the gem garnet, which is my birthstone. And pomegranate juice is grenadine, part of the famed "Shirley Temple" drink. tjoeb};>
