3. Gray wolves can be black, white or brown.

4. Green parakeets are actually blue.

5. Horseshoe crabs are more closely related to spiders than crabs.

6. Glider squirrels are not true squirrels.

7. Shipworms are shellfish, not worms. (They burrow into ships, thus the name.)

Have you ever seen a horseshoe crab? They are the most disgusting creatures I've ever seen. The Florida swamps and bayou's are full of them. I can believe that they are related to a spider, Pinhead; spiders give me the crawlies too.
