Ever wonder why Ralston Purina chose a checkerboard for its logo? Well, founder Ralston remembered from his boyhood a mother that dressed all her children in checks so that when she took them along on her shopping she could spot them immediately when she had to round them up. Ralston figured it would be a memorable logo. tjoeb};>

Well thats definetly a useless fact. An interesting one but useless nonetheless.

Heres one for ya.

Tom Selleck was the original choice for the part of Indiana Jones but had to turn it down because of his commitment to the Magnum P.I. television series.
