I heard on the radio recently that one of the top personal websites was now a 24 hour webcam of cats. Despite the variety of construction sites, security cameras and tourist spots, the most popular was a view of two rooms in a house where 4 cats sometimes come and go. kittycam

Hearing this inspired me to set up one of my own, a satgurucam, so to speak, now on whenever I'm here (when it works). I thought if people like to watch cats then I must stand a chance of a few viewers. I've been up and running a week now, and kittycam is up to 900,000 hits (I don't know over how long). They are crystal clear as they use broadband, mine blur a bit but there's no broadband where I live so I can only do my best. Has anyone already watched, or even become hooked on kittycam or other webcam sites? I'd never looked before now but I suppose it must be relaxing like having a fishtank. And the site's now worth a mint, nice bonus?

HOW CUTE! Zoey just showed up and is laying (lying?) on the multicolored sofa thing. Stormy's been sacked out on the pedistal for quite some time now. He's not moving an inch!
