Hi All, new scam (which we think has been killed at birth, hopefully, but please DO NOT link to the site)
If you receive an onsolicited e-mail from regulations.gov (an actual and official US government website) telling you that you have to be registered to use the internet - just delete it. It actually originates from Japan.
