I'm using webmail on AOL to access another screenname which I can't access from the original computer where it is established (modem is not working at the time). I usually use THIS computer for the most part anyway, but just recently, email that I get from someone who uses RoadRunner comes thru with no pics.

It shows an icon with a red square on top, a green circle offset to the right in the center, and a blue triangle underneath that. (Sequence of colors and figures may not be right as I recall, but anyway, there is no pic where there ought to be one!).

All pics come thru on THIS computer, but even if I send one from THIS screenname, which I received from the person who has RR, to my OTHER screenname that I access from webmail, it shows up with no pic, so I have to assume it is a problem on the RR end. Just no idea how to fix. I've called AOL twice to look for an answer with no solution. Any ideas?
