So, is March coming in like a lion or like a lamb where you are? Here it is more like a - I'm trying to think of some moderately aggressive animal - more like a badger. It's been snowing, temperatures around minus 10 to minus 15 C, and enough of a wind so it's not too comfortable outside. Still, this is nothing to what Nature COULD be throwing at us. What about you?

If February 29th can be considered as March 1, then the month came in like a lion. Started with light rain, changed to snow. Maybe 5 inches of the white stuff, blowing and drifting. Closed two interstate highways after many accidents. Cold.

The following day, clear, warming. Most of the snow melted or blew away. Today, fairly warm, birds chirping, Canadian geese flying north. Pretty normal for southern Wyoming.

Lamb, definitely lamb. I'm in St. Louis, where it was up to 71 degrees yesterday.

"Canadian geese flying north."
Well, they'd better not get here too fast! Still frozen solid around here.

LOL, agony. I forgot to mention that the coyotes are really yipping and singing. That may have something to do with an early spring.

I'd say it's been like a lamb for the first two days in London. It's been cold (about 5șC in the daytime and below zero at night), but quite bright with very little wind.

March has been pretty much like a lamb, it's finally warming up!

However, the end of February was very much like a lion! There was one day where it was both pouring rain and really windy. The wind gusts were up to about 40-45 mph where I live and reached 70 mph in the mountains. Even though it was raining hard, I was seriously debating NOT using my umbrella because of the high wind. I used it anyway, but I had to hold it up at the top of the handle to keep it from swinging around so much, and it almost got turned inside-out several times. It also helped to hold it in front of you like a shield, but then you couldn't see where you were going! There were times when the wind actually made me stagger, and you just had to stop where you were and get your balance back! Ah, it was an awful day, that's why I'm really happy we have sunny weather now!
