Do you stick up for your friends? Or are you one of the shy type of people who don't do anything. For me I get so ANGRY when someone disses my friends. How about you??

I think I'm just too old to have friends that people "dis."

If people talk badly of my friends I usually nod my head and agree with them. I don't have many friends ...can't think why

OK, I'm only joking I don't usually say anything. Not out of shyness but just because they have their opinions and I have mine. Since turning really old(ish), I've become too laid back to get angry about that kind of thing.

If the person I'm talking to is only stating an opinion, I just inform them I disagree with that opinion, but understand where they're coming from. If, however, they are stating falsehoods about my friend, I will refute those statements.

I do, however, get much more defensive about my little sister. It's a big sister thing, though. If someone causes my little sister grief, it becomes a problem with me. I just can't help it.

I'm the same way with my sister, Lothruin. She's younger by 5 years and I have always been very protective of her. My mother said it was because when we were young (8 and 3), my father passed away and mom told me to help her look after my sister. She told my sister just the other day that she forgot to tell me I didn't have to do that anymore.
I have been known in the past to give terrible tongue lashings to those men who broke her heart. Thank goodness she's been happily married for 17 years now.

I definitely stick up for my friends! However, it is hard when two of your friends hate each other. You don't want to hear the bad stuff each has to say, but that person is your friend too and is entitled to his/her opinion!

I just had an incident when these guys were totally being rude! My friend started crying (this was in my church class too!) If the teacher wasn't in there, I swear to GOD I would have punched them. I get so so so so so ANGRY when people do stuff to my friends. But yeah.
