As thick as a brick, that is me at times. I have often wondered how the vacuum pump which I use on open wine bottles actually works, I have just realised that there is a little slit in the top of the stopper - I have had the thing for fifteen years and not realised how the air got out.

Anyone else going to own up to being a little slow at times?
