This upcoming weekend is Victoria Day long weekend in Canada. This is traditionally the kickoff to summer - it is the weekend that people put out their bedding plants, and is considered the start of the camping season. (Flurries are forecast in my part of the country, it's a little hard to get too excited about summer just yet!)
