Has anyone read "The Life of Pi"?
If not, I would recommend it as a truly inspirational, uplifting book that will make you believe in the capacity found within any human to rise up to any obstacle and challenge.
A boy, a hyena, a Royal Bengal Tiger, an orangutan, a zebra on one lifeboat...

Oh yes! This is a wonderful, amazing and magical book. It also turns out that my favorite filmmaker, M. Night Shayamalan, (The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Signs, The Village) has family in the same locale in India where this book takes place, and he's working on the movie version now.

Read the book, wrote the quiz. Fell free to try it.
Recently, researching another quiz, i've discovered that the tiger Richard Parker is (probably not coincincidently) the name of a young cabin boy who was killed and eaten by his ship mates after they put out in a lifeboat sometime around the turn of the century. A trial followed and I think the murderers were let off.
