I had the cutest little green frog that I was using for YEARS with Comet Cursor, but have since discovered that the site is on the "get rid of it" list for Spybot, which I just downloaded. I accidentally left that checked when Spybot scanned, and lost my froggy. Does anyone have another site that would be "safer" from which I could download a similar cursor? I use only AOL mail.

Windows itself offers a number of cursors. Click the Mouse icon in the Control Panel, go to the 'Pointers' tab, select 'Normal select' and then click the 'Browse' button. Perhaps just choose one of the ones displayed.

I was thinking more along the lines of "cutesy little frogs"!

I'm almost tempted to go back and have Comet Cursor restored so that I can have it back. I NEVER go to the site for anything else, and downloaded that stuff back 4 or 5 years ago, so I'm thinking it probably isn't "contaminated". But you would know that better than me. What's your opinion on that idea?

There are various opinions about Comet Cursor. This site seems to take a fairly balanced view. There are other pages if you want to read them.

Yes, I can see that it is not a totally reliable site anymore after checking out your link. I noticed at the bottom a different link to cursor mania, which I thot was only available with outlook, but this appears to be an OK place, so I downloaded to look at what's available.

I noticed this on a link included on the page I got from TW. I use it on my outlook mail from work, and thot it was only available for outlook, but evidently according to the download, it will show up on my IE pages. I've yet to go there to look. Thanks for the tip.
