I am having a problem printing borders in Word.

Currently I am using XP Home, and an HP deskjet 960c. I am attempting to use Page Borders, not paragraph borders in Microsoft Word.

The border shows in the current view, but does not show up in print preview. The bottom border line does not print.
What I have tried:
1) changed bottom margin
2) changed "from bottom of page" (in footer)
3) in the printer, I have selected "plain paper" (because that worked once before......)
4) tried banner printing (that only results in a message stating the wrong size paper is being used!)

So in order to get this merge to work, I used a paragraph border. The problem with that is, it does not mirror the side and top margins.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Would you like to tell us the answer just in case it helps someone else at some time?

Sorry bout that -- figured I was the only one that uses borders in Word. In Borders and Shading, select Page Border, then in options select "measure from botton of text." Then, widen the margin til the entire line shows. (I originally tried making the margin smaller, but just the opposite is the case).

Thank you, you can bet your bottom dollar that at some stage in the future someone will search in this forum for Word and borders then get frustrated at not finding the solution if it isn't posted, plus you have whetted our curiosity.
