2 questions: Should we just wait until Theoryman gets back or should one of us jump in and fill in for him until his family duress is over? Either way sounds both OK (and respectful) to me. Other question: Leau78 will back home sometime this week and I was hoping it was all right if she and I split my Friday quizzes.

Hey everybody.
Sorry you had to fill in for me...I hope I'll be back later today...wednesday.
It all depends if this thing gets resolved. I'll tell you a little story...
My Grandpa married a woman about 4-5 weeks before he died. My Grandpa and new wife lived in a house with my aunt, uncle and two children. She has the legal right to the house now...so it looks like my relatives may be screwed out of their house. I hope this doesn't happen, as I'm already tired of it.
So, anyways, I hope I can get back before next Tuesday, and thanks for filling in for me,
~thoeryman14

No one filled in, Theoryman. We can skip a round or two, I think, until you get back. It sounds like you and your family's hands are a bit full, so try to deal with all that. These quizzes will wait for you!

I'm new to the game and had a question: How is it decided who will do the questions for the next round?

Welcome Beaker411! I'm going to post round 6 questions now (since I won't be around tonight much and plan to sleep until noon tomorrow---and I don't want to post late again...). But we still don't close until Sunday. Round 6 1. Mark Twain, in one of his generally lighter works, listed "27 Things To Rescue In The Event Of A Boarding House Fire". Name one of the first 12 he would recommend to save! (And that's a fun list by the way). And I have to thank AFT for providing that link to this list . 2. Name one of the conspirators either hanged or imprisoned as being part of the assassination of Abraham Lincoln in 1867. 3. According to Fodor's Travel Guide (2004), what were the Editor's picks for the best places to dine (fancy and full service) in Paris? 4. Some peppers/chiles are quite hot. They get rated on a scale of one to ten that way. Name a pepper that has a "heat index rating" of higher than 8.0. (Note: subcategories here will get glopped into their main categories). Oh, and we are talking about fresh peppers, not dried or preserved ones. 5. Name a hand that beats a mixed suit straight in a game of Standard Poker.
