Every time I run this program, I always get DSO Exploit - 5 entries as problems to be fixed, which I then delete easily, but are always back again in each run.

I think I remember reading somewhere that this is a program bug with Spybot, but if so, it has been unfixed for a long time now.

Google mentions the bug as well. If you have installed all the critical Windows Updates, you should be protected against the DSO Exploit. To stop Spybot from mentioning it on every scan you can do the following:

1 Open Spybot and select 'advanced' mode.
2 Select 'settings' in the left column.
3 Select 'ignore product' in the left column.
4 Select 'security' tab.
5 Place check mark in box beside DSO Exploit.
6 Close program
7 Open Spybot and run a scan.

Instructions taken from here.

Many thanks. For the first time I have been congratulated upon having No Immediate Threat - a message previously unseen. Maybe they will get around to fixing this some time.
