Eraserhead, Listen to Cat Stevens Freezing Steel or Ready. Also CSNY's Woodstock or Amost Cut My Hair and The Eagles Aleady Gone or James Dean. There are no other ways to classify these songs except as rock. When these performers music got played on the radio it got played mostly on rock stations. I guess that's why I classify them as rock.

The classic rock station over here plays The Eagles. They may seem mellow but man, the guitar work on some of their work is quite fitting of rockstars.
CCR, Queen, Boston, Foreigner, The Who, The Guess Who, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, The Kinks, Janis Joplin, The Zombies, and Journey are all making their rounds on my playlist right now. Viva classic rock.
