I used to easily be a "More Than 10" (maybe more than 20!). But bookselling was my business then so I had to keep up with it all. Now things are not so fast paced and I am actually embarrassed that I've been whacking at the same book now for over a year! But I suppose it is fact that it doesn't matter how much you read but how thoroughly you do it. I suppose I'd rather read 1 phenomenal book in a year than 10 or 15 marginal ones in a week.

Many, many more than 10 a month. More like 20.I go to the library at least once a week and usually get 6 books. It is a bit silly sometimes as I look at the trolley with returned books on it and think.." Oooh that looks good" and find it is one I just brought back! I forget to read titles. I suppose I have an addiction.

I usualy read between 4 or 5 a week depending on how many pages there are and how fast I have to get them back to the library. I love to read. Always have always will. There is nothing more comforting than curling up with a good book for a good adventure or a Mystery,or a laugh or just to relax and turn your mind off your troubles for a few hours or to discover a far away place you would like to visit. Reading is such a joy. As long as they print good books I shall continue to enjoy them. PF

About three books a week, depending on what is going on that week. On the trans-atlantic flight to Canada I finished three books, and saw one of the in-flight movies...

I usually try to get about 4-5 per week. I run out of books a lot though. I've almost got a library going on.

I generally get in about 5 books a month if I am having a busy month. If I had my way I would read about 10 books a month. I prefer reading to watching TV especially since two of my favorite shows got canceled in the past couple years.

I read on average 1-3 books a month, because of school. When on holiday I usually finish 4 books a week.

I read about 1 book every two weeks. I used to read 3-4 books every week, but, since I stumbled into the wonderful world of "Fandom" (Check out www.fanfiction.net!) I don't read as many BOOKS, more FANFIC. ~~Grins~~. In a good week, however, I can read up to three books a week...all depends on my mood...

When I moved house back in June I did not Purchase a TV, much to the annoyance of my girlfriend so that I could read more in peace without distraction. I have a habit of reading several different books at the same time, one in work, one at my girlfriends, one in the living room and a different one in the Bedroom. This leaves me reading about five books a month, which are usually 500 pages or more.

Until I wanted to learn about the supernatural my book reading was confined to reference and comedy books apart from studying. I very rarely read fiction, preferring television for mine. But in the last 10 years I must have read a couple of hundred books on UFOs, psychic powers and enlightenment, but have actually learned more by practical lessons than I ever did from the books. They were entertaining though, even if I may have learned very little of any use from them!

It really depends on what I'm reading. Some books take me longer than others. I can get through 5 books from the Riftwar Saga in one month, but Lord of the Rings takes me 3 months in itself. I average 4-5, but I prefer the books that i refer to as "a hard read". A Song of Ice and Fire is an example. The books take a long time to get through because there's so much going on in them.
I'm always reading though. If I go more than 2 days without having at least an hour of reading time I get a little irritable.

At one time I would've said more than 10. But at the moment I'm lucky if I get to read at all. In the past two monthsI've managed to read 4 books, and I'm halfway through a 5th. I just don't have time... being in the final year of a degree and trying to keep up with ordinary coursework at the same time as writing a dissertation takes up a lot of time.
