Did anyone think Alien was scary?
The first was just kind of a action thing, and the second (much better) was action/military/war movie. I didnt find them at all scary.

I absolutely, positively cannot stand daddy-longleg spiders; therefore when I saw John Carpenter's "The Thing" with Kurt Russell, I had nightmares for days.

When I was about 9 or 10, I watched a bit of one of the "Nightmare on Elm Street" flicks. It truly scared me, and when I went up to bed that night I made sure to stay against the wall so no one would walk up behind me.

Of course, I live for horror movies now, but I just don't get scared anymore.
