You don't say how old you are but I assume from your general attitude and your posts that you are a 'kid'. If you are not a kid then don't act like one, a spoilt one at that.
There is plenty to do, just don't whine.
I didn't even have to say this to my own children but
when I was young... I AM going to say it now, we had
nothing in a commercial sense, we made our own entertainment, we were not bored, ever.
Television back then, for those who had it, was in black and white, we had one channel and that didn't start until later in the day, none of this daytime stuff. We didn't have anything to play music on, the radio was plugged in and tuned to programmes that our parents wanted.
What did we do?
We went out to play with our friends, as we got a little older it was to chat with our friends rather than play. We read books, lots of books. We helped our parents and other adults who might not have children of their own at home, shopping, running errands, gardening, walking babies, walking dogs. In the summer we went to the public swimming pool or to the parks.
Just about everything we did cost no money, or very little money as we had none.
Stop whining and do something, help others, you might get something from it. Talk to old people, I don't mean my age (even if I am ancient to you), I mean people of 75 and upwards, they have LOTS to talk about and you will learn a heck of a lot, I did. They will appreciate having a fresh pair of ears to tell their stories to, you would be amazed at the interesting things they know, just make sure you ask them about 'when they were young or growing up' rather than what they did last week

(mind you some will have done far more interesting things last week than you by the sounds of it).
