Doing wronng could earn you a spot at this poker table, where doing righht requires more than a good hand; it requires good moves as well. That's because you will need the toughest cards to beat 3 of your opponents and the toughest nerve to beat the 4th. What is the name of the game and where is the game played.

It sound like you're describing Omaha Hi-Lo poker.

Unlike in other poker games, the pot is split between the best and worst hands. This makes it possible to win games with totally useless cards (or by messing up).

Usually played with 5 at the table, the 'toughest cards to beat 3' would be the Hi hand bet (timing is very important for winning this) whereas the 'toughest nerve to beat the 4th' would be the Lo hand.

So, the name would be Hi-Lo and the place would be Omaha.

This help you?

Good work. I didn't think it was that easy! Stud Hi-Lo and other hi-lo variations fit the same mold, but they're not really played in any specific place.
