Beth,

If you're not all out by now, may I please have one?

Thank you very much.

Ok, I've sent out my share of the invites... I'll let you know if I get any more.

I have 6 as well. If anybody wants them, they're up for grabs.

That isn't fair Sara, I had gmail before you and they haven't given me any invites - you must have that special something.

I have 10 if anyone needs one, just ask.

By the way, if you didn't already know, Gmail has moved to POP3, so try it out.

And about the little "Gmail Conspiracy"...don't believe everything you hear.

Don't mention it, I'm happy to give them away, especially to the people here, I know I can trust most, if not all of you.

It is short for google mail. They give you 1000MB of space free. You can only get an account by invitation.

I have 6 invites now - PM me with your email address if you'd like one.

Also, I know that if you use Yahoo mail and receive an invite, clicking on the link won't work - you need to copy and paste the link into a new browser. (Just in case I forgot to say that earlier...)

How did Google decide who would and who wouldn't get an invite?

I have an ID now thanks to Ren. I have a few invites. So, if anybody wants one, don't hesitate to ask me. Send me a PM with your existing e-mail ID.

Edited to add a smiley.

I think it's every other month or so you end up with 6 invites.
