That song by the late great Dennis Brown is on the reggae comp, "Strictly the Best, Vol. 10". Online, it's available at amazon.com (used & new). I imagine any decent record store should be able to order it. Not sure which Brown cd the song is on or if it'd still be available. I always enjoyed his smooth reggae style, even when he did dancehall he was still cool.

If by chance you're looking for the.38 Special cover of the same song, it's on their "Anthology" album

That song was performed by 38 Special. It can be found on the album Rock and Roll Strategy from 1988, or the 38 Special Anthology, released in 2001. I'm sure neither of these albums is hard to find.

Dennis Brown appears to have recorded it on an album called Strictly the Best - Volume 10. You can buy it here:

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. The track samples at Amazon showed me what I had heard on the radio was the cover by 38 Special.
