I am looking for the song off Andrew Lloyd Webber it is about a Father daughter dancing what is it called?

Do you know which show it is from? Sounds like it might be from one of his earlier musicals like Tell Me on a Sunday, or Sunset Boulevard. And trying to find his lyrics online is nearly impossible because he is very tight with his copyrights.
