I believe the bottom line is that no matter how much we discuss the whole issue, none of us (of which I am aware) were present at the trial so we cannot know all of the evidence (or lack of), and discussion that occurred. We are only aware of what is reported. Unless, is there somewhere on line that we can read the proceedings? Just a thought.

There is one more option to the death penalty. It is still possible for the judge to change the penalty to life in prison.
