I was very sad to hear of the passing of the great defensive legend Reggie White over the christmas period.

He with Randall Cunningham were the main reasons as to why i followed the Philadelphia Eagles and still do.

I remember watching a match against a team that escapes me and Reggie was all over the QB throughout the whole match, i was hooked.

When he was at Green Bay i still loved his style if not his team.

At 43 years of age it is too young to die, but big Reggie White did one thing great..he got a Limey to understand an American sport that one has grown to love immensely.

Thanks for the memories Reggie.

I agree totally, he was due for the Hall of Fame next year. He was here in Detroit earlier in the season working with the Lions. The lions coach, Steve Mariuchi, was on the staff of the Packers and knew White.

May he rest and peace and bless his family during this hard time.
